FIFA 14 Rapport system is very important to players, and we will enjoy advantages as well as disadvantages there, it means that this system is a double-edged sword in the game.

We can use different Rapport cards on different players and make their attributes improved varied as well as improve rapport itself. Besides, rapport will affect the attributes enforcement of rapport, and it is also great. We can understand that the higher our rapport is, the more our attribute increases. And at the same time, players will have a better performance with a better rapport.

So, it is important to get it, but how?

There are mainly three reflections for Rapport, player position, among the players and coach. Their functions are differs as well. (Player loyalty can be increased directly, which are not include here.) 

Player position
If the player are at a proper place without rapport nearby, the Coin will show as green and the rapport will increase 3.
If the player stand at a wrong place in the same condition, the Coin will show as red and the rapport will increase 1.
We can feel very clearly the change form of the rapport system and the corresponding increase effect.

Among the players
Under the same condition, when the player don’t have any relations (no similar attributes), you will see a red line among the players and the rapport we can get is 0.
When there are only league matches, there will be a few rapports among players, and the line will be orange, so the rapport increases is 1.
When the players share the same nationality, the rapport they can get is better than the club, the line is also orange and the rapport they can get is 1.5.
When the players share the same league with one nationality or the same club with different nationality, the rapport will be increased more, and the line is green at this moment. Now the increase number is 2.5.
When players have the same club as well as the same nationality, the rapport will reach the highest, and the line is green, the number is 4.

Coach
At last, the rapport of coach is also important in the game. In FIFA 14, the rapport can be gained when coach and players are in the same nation or the same leagues. While in the game, the nationality of coach can’t be changed, but the league can. So, usually, we can benefit from coach. Coach rapport increase shows in the player with an increase of 1 instead of a team increase.

The highest rapport is 10. When we add up all the players’ rapport in the team, we get the rapport of the team. And the 1 offered by coach can be played as a refill for player. We shouldn’t sacrifice other players’ rapport for some particular player.
