FUT 16 Team Of The Season - FIFA 16 Ligue 1 TOTS Prediction

2016/5/25 14:39:10

FIFA 16 Ligue 1 TOTS Prediction is live for you! There is no doubt, PSG will occupy most of the TOTS, also there are some great players from other clubs deserve a blue card.

In 2015/16 season, Paris Saint-Germain dominated Ligue 1 from start to finish, beat record after record throughout the campaign, finishing with the most Coins ever, the most wins ever, the most away wins ever, the best defence ever! PSG and Ligue 1 has been very lucky to have Zlatan Ibrahimovic for his wonderful goals. Well done to Nice, too, for a wonderful campaign that ended in fourth place thanks to the fantastic redemption of Hatem Ben Arfa.

Goalkeeper

Vincent Enyeama, LOSC Lille – 81->87

Vincent Enyeama’s performances this season ensured that Lille were moving in the right direction, building on their 8th palce finish last year. The 33-year-old’s impact is evident when comparing goals conceded this season with the 2014/15 campaign with Lille letting in 15 fewer goals. The former Nigerian captain managed to keep eighteen clean sheets this season, one less than PSG’s Kevin Trapp.

Defenders

LB: Benjamin Mendy, Marseille – 76->83

Benjamin Mendy, an academy graduate from the famous Le Havre youth academy, whom have provided such talent as Paul Pogba and Riyad Mahrez. Mendy is a strong, quick left-back, and has a tremendous cross on him, already providing three assists, with an average of over 80% pass success. He could come in very handy for the Black Cats if Patrick van Aanholt is to leave – and rumours have it Crystal Palace are interested in him, so Mendy could be a perfect replacement.

CB: Thiago Emiliano da Silva, PSG – 88->93

It has arguably been Thiago Silva’s best season with PSG, and the captain is in what should be considered the best shape and form of his career right now. The Brazilian made 30 appearances in Ligue 1—only coming on once as a substitute—and the 31-year-old helped his team to 16 clean sheets. Silva also chipped in with one goal and another assist, as the French champions profited from the South American’s lack of international duty this campaign.

CB: Samuel Umtiti, Olympique Lyon– 79->85

Samuel Umtiti’s performances over the past multiple seasons have not got the coverage and appreciation it deserves. Having featured in twenty-nine of Lyon’s league games this season, the Cameroon-born French youth international has shown immense discipline at the back and honed his ability to read the game well. It’s easy to forget that this player is just 22-years-old, having amassed over 160 appearances, having made his debut five years back.

RB: Layvin Kurzawa, PSG – 80->88

Layvin Kurzawa’s maiden campaign in Paris has been far smoother. Although the 23-year-old is not back in the France national team yet—something he had achieved while at AS Monaco—he is in line to be Laurent Blanc’s starting left-back next term. Kurzawa made 19 appearances—17 of those as a starter—scoring four goals and providing five assists, more than his positional rival Maxwell in fewer games.

Midfielder

RM: Angel Di Maria, PSG – 86->94

In a new environment where he knew that his family would flourish in the form of the city of Paris, Di Maria performed from the off with the swagger, confidence and technical excellence that he became renowned for at Real Madrid. By breaking the all-time Ligue 1 assists record for a season (18) in less than 12 months of having been within French football, Di Maria, both on the wings and as part of PSG midfield three, has proven his quality.

CM: Blaise Matuidi, PSG – 84->91

For the most part, Blaise Matuidi enjoyed a good season in Ligue 1. The France international made 31 appearances and started 23 of those. However, overused by club and country, the 29-year-old was jaded at times and less effective as the campaign wore on. Matuidi racked up four goals and added six assists, more balanced than his two previous terms but still less prolific.

CDM: Lassana Diarra, Marseille – 82->88

Lassana Diarra has had a very surprising 2015/16. By finishing 13th, nobody can deny that, especially in comparison with the previous campaign under Marcelo Bielsa where they fought PSG for the title, Marseille have had an abysmal campaign. But without the ball-playing wizard and consistently intercepting Lassana Diarra, OM’s central midfield would have been one of the worst in Ligue 1.

CAM: Hatem Ben Arfa, OGC Nice – 81->89

17 league goals this campaign made him the Ligue 1 top scorer for a player who was not a striker. Ben Arfa even consistently tracked back to help defensively! A revelation I am sure that would surprise several Premier League watchers. In fact, the only reproach that one could conceivably level at the French international was that as his confidence re-grew as the season went on, he became decidedly more greedy on the ball, a reality that many Ligue 1 watchers turned a blind eye to because of his magical moments.

Forwards

ST: Alexandre Lacazette, Olympique Lyon – 84->91

Alexandre Lacazette may well join Ibrahimovic in leaving Ligue 1 this summer, with a number of clubs - including West Ham United - monitoring his situation. And if this season does prove to be his last at Lyon then he will leave on good terms, having scored 21 goals in 34 appearances domestically.

ST: Zlatan Ibrahimovic, PSG – 89->98

Zlatan Ibrahimovic leaves after scoring 38 league goals this season, the third-highest total in French football history (Josip Skoblar had 44 and Salif Keita notched 42 in 1971), beating the club's record of 37 previously held by the great Carlos Bianchi since 1978. It took his tally to 113 in the league, with some of them being simply incredible. Ibra came as a king and left as a legend. It was a privilege to have him in France for four years.

Substitutes

CDM: Maxime Gonalons, Olympique Lyon – 82->87

CM: Marco Verratti, PSG – 84->90

RM: Wahbi Khazri , Bordeaux – 79->85

GK: Steve Mandanda, Marseille – 83->90

GK: Anthony Lopes, Olympique Lyon – 81->87

ST: Michy Batshuayi, Marseille – 79->84

ST: Wissam Ben Yedder, Toulouse FC – 78->86

Reserves

LWB: Djibril Sidibe, LOSC Lille – 75->77

RB: Serge Aurier, PSG – 80-> 86

CM: Corentin Tolisso, Olympique Lyon – 77-> 85

ST: Edinson Cavani, PSG – 85-> 91

CAM: Remy Cabella, Marseille – 79->86
